What to Expect

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic global business management consulting environment. The intern will assist with various aspects of training programs, employee development initiatives, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Training Program Development: Support the design and development of training materials and programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and seminars.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Help schedule and organize training sessions, including logistics, communication with participants, and managing resources.
  • Conduct Research: Perform research on industry best practices, learning trends, and new technologies to recommend improvements for existing training programs.
  • Data Management: Assist with tracking and analyzing training data, including participant feedback, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
  • Support Learning Initiatives: Provide administrative support for ongoing learning initiatives, such as onboarding programs, leadership development, and skills training.
  • Create Reports: Generate and maintain reports on training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with general HR tasks related to learning and development, including filing, document management, and communication with team members.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies is a plus.
