What to Expect
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Collection and Analysis Intern to assist our team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data. This role will support various projects by providing actionable insights through thorough data research and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection of data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports on key findings.
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven projects and present insights to guide decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or gaps in datasets.
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis and visualizations.
- Prepare dashboards and data visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Support ongoing research initiatives by conducting market research and gathering relevant information.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data collection methods, analysis techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
- Interest in learning and working with large datasets and analytics projects.
Skills
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Familiarity with data management practices and research methodologies.
