What to Expect

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Interaction Intern to assist in managing client communications and support activities. This role will provide hands-on experience in working with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant details.
  • Assist in troubleshooting common client concerns and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Collect and document client feedback on products, services, and interactions to inform business improvements.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Assist in preparing status updates, project reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Stay updated on client interaction strategies and industry trends to improve client relations.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (experience with software like Salesforce is a plus).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
